Since opening their initial food stand in Intramuros, Noodlemix has grown to become one of the most well-known providers of high-quality, reasonably priced stir-fried noodles in the nation. It has grown so quickly over the past year that it currently has more than 20 branches spread throughout the country.

Our journey starts way back in 2014
NOODLEMiX was established in 2014 by Mr. Ernesto Simsuangco Jr. and Mrs.Lourdes Simsuangco, it’s a food company they headed as owners and founders. Born out of the Philippines, NOODLEMiX is proudly a 100% Filipino owned and operated family business.
NOODLEMiX Corporation was formerly known as Noodletime Food Services back in 2014, and had its first branch in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Four years later, Noodletime Food Services changed its name to NOODLEMiX Food Services.
From humble beginnings in 2014 as a food cart, we committed in selling high-quality, reasonably priced stir-fried noodles with our signature chili garlic sauce. Since then, NOODLEMiX has grown into more than 20 branches. With a healthy appetite for growth, we continue to deliver quality food and service.
